Activision confirms Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is coming out this autumn

Activision’s previous Call of Duty title World War II has been out in the world for, oh, five months now, which means it’s just about time for gamers to start wondering where the next release is.
Thankfully, Activision knows that it’s that time of year too, and has today (March 8) confirmed that the next Call of Duty game is going to be another Black Ops title.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be developed by Treyarch Studios, scheduled for release on October 12, 2018.
And while we don’t have any more information just yet, we do have this rapid-fire teaser trailer, so this 30-second clip will have to be enough to tide you over for now:
