ParticipantSettle a debate I was having with a friend…whats the best way to kickstart your training routine? For example, if you needed to get into the best cardio shape you possibly could, only had one week to do it, and could only do one workout, what would it be?
I am a proponent of power hours every day steady state and wont be too big of a shock to the system to the system if youre starting from scratch to build up the bottom of the pyramid. The other end of the arguement was 5×5 minutes was better because would be middle of the pyramid stuff a compromise because couldnt get the “best of bottom and top of the pyramid stuff”
