Usage of ceclor:

Cefaclor, also known as cefachlor or cefaclorum (brand names Biocef, Ceclor, Distaclor, Keflor, Raniclor), is a second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat some infections caused by bacteria such ceclor as pneumonia and infections of the ear, lung, skin, throat, and urinary tract .
Excretion of cephalosporin is reduced by probenecid (resulting in increased concentrations of drug ceclor in the blood plasma) . Absorption of cefaclor is reduced by H2 blockers (a type of antacid); therefore antacids should not ceclor be taken at the same time as cefaclor . Ceclor is able to interact with coumarins ceclor (warfarin) which results in enhancing of the anticoagulant effect .
